Our long-term lease programmes start from a minimum of 6 months, with most clients opting for 1–3 year terms. We tailor the tenure to your actual need — whether it's a project deployment, an expat assignment, or an ongoing corporate fleet requirement.
You can choose either a chauffeur-driven or self-drive lease. Our chauffeurs are hospitality-trained, English-speaking, background-verified, and uniformed — a standard built up across our 80+ years in luxury transport. For embassy and HNI clients, dedicated drivers are assigned for the full tenure.
KTC handles everything. Scheduled servicing, repairs, roadside assistance, breakdown support, tyre and battery replacement, and routine maintenance are all included in the lease — you never deal with a workshop or service bill.
Yes. Whenever your leased vehicle is in for servicing, repair, or any unexpected downtime, we provide a comparable replacement vehicle so your mobility is never interrupted. This is part of the standard lease — at no extra cost.

The lease fleet ranges from executive sedans (Toyota Camry, Skoda Superb) and premium SUVs (Toyota Fortuner, Innova Crysta, Hycross) to luxury sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class, BMW 5 / 7 Series, Audi A6 / A8) and coaches for staff transport. You can also request a specific make/model to match your brand or personal preference.
Yes. Lease extensions are handled through a simple addendum — most clients extend at least once. If you need to end the lease early due to a project change, transfer, or end of assignment, we work with you to find a mutually fair exit, including swapping to a shorter-term hire structure if needed.
